9. Memberships and Subscriptions
We offer access to exclusive content, resources, support groups, and events through our Everything Early Years Membership. The following terms apply to all users who sign up for any membership plan on www.everythingearlyyears.uk.
9.1 Membership Types
We offer monthly and annual membership options. From time to time, we may also offer a limited trial membership.
9.2 Eligibility and Access

Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

Access begins upon successful payment processing.

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing and contact information.
9.3 Trial Memberships

You may cancel your trial membership at any time by emailing info@thechildcareguru.co.uk with at least 3 days’ notice prior to the end of your trial.

If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your membership will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan and the associated fees will be charged.

We do not offer refunds for failure to cancel in time.
9.4 Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing info@thechildcareguru.co.uk with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

If you are a new member, you are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee from your initial sign-up date for monthly memberships only.

After this 14-day period, no refunds will be provided, but you will retain access to your membership until the end of your billing cycle.

Returning or existing members are not eligible for refunds and must follow the cancellation process to stop future payments.
9.5 Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of sign-up.

You may cancel your annual membership at any time, which will prevent automatic renewal after the initial 12-month period.

Refunds are not offered on annual membership plans, including for early termination.

Switching from annual to monthly is not permitted during the first 12 months, but you may switch at the end of your membership term.
9.6 Upgrading to Annual Membership

If you wish to switch from a monthly to an annual membership, please contact our team at least 3 days before your next billing date at info@thechildcareguru.co.uk

We will do our best to ensure the change is processed in time and avoid overlap in charges.
9.7 Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the membership area until payment is successfully processed.

Continued failure to update billing information may result in termination of your membership.
10. Courses
From time to time, Everything Early Years may offer courses, programmes, and associated materials for sale separate to the membership subscription. These are referred to collectively as “Courses.”
10.1 Access and Usage

By purchasing a Course, you are granted immediate lifetime access to all associated materials for your own personal or internal business use only.

All intellectual property rights in the Courses and materials remain the sole property of Jamie Victoria Barnes / Everything Early Years.

You may not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, resell, or exploit any Course or related material in any way.
10.2 Licence and Restrictions

Purchase of a Course grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the materials solely for your personal or business use.

You may not share, resell, publish, or redistribute any of the Course materials without our express written permission.

You are prohibited from using the Course materials to create or offer competing products or services, or to train others without express written consent.

Any breach of this section constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access and/or legal action.
10.3 Refunds

Due to the immediate digital nature of the Courses and the fact that full access is granted upon purchase, no refunds are offered.
