Training is delivered in a way that inspires, empowers, and leaves a lasting impact — because great training should spark change, not just tick a box. Let’s work together to create a day that truly supports your team and raises standards across your setting.

Mastering your Early Years Curriculum

I have created a unique training to ensure you and your team understand curriculum in a highly visual and straight-forward way! It’s all about helping you feel confident and excited about creating a curriculum that truly works for your setting.

Here’s what you’ll get out of this training:

🤔 What Curriculum Means in Early Years: We’ll start by breaking down what “curriculum” actually means for early years, making it feel manageable and relevant for the work you’re already doing.

🔎 Finding Your Intent: You’ll get a chance to think about the “why” behind your curriculum—what you want children to achieve, and how it ties into your setting’s values and vision.

✨ The 3 I’s: We’ll dive into Ofsted’s 3 I’s—Intent, Implementation, and Impact—to make sure your curriculum has a clear structure that inspectors love and, more importantly, that really supports the children’s learning.

🧐 Making Sense of Curriculum: We’ll clarify what an early years curriculum looks like in day-to-day practice and how to connect it to children’s development in a meaningful way.

🚀 Putting It into Action: We’ll cover practical tips for putting your curriculum into practice, so that every day, every interaction, and every resource is helping to meet your goals.

📐 Measuring the Impact: You’ll learn how to see if your curriculum is really working, know what’s going well, and identify areas for improvement.

🖊️ Creating Your Own Curriculum: We’ll walk you through creating a curriculum that’s unique to your setting and tailored to the needs and strengths of the children and team.

👀 What Ofsted Looks For: We’ll demystify what Ofsted expects when it comes to curriculum, so you feel confident and prepared when inspectors visit.

📄 Resources to Take Away: I’ve created downloadable resources to make building your curriculum easier, with templates and tools you can use right away.
